Cecilia Idika-Kalu, (PhD), Co-founder & Director of Cornerstone Global, is an experienced professional with over a decade of work consulting and training in management, business development and leadership. She has delivered consulting, training, business management services and professional services for government agencies, international organizations, and nonprofits. Cecilia is a Boston Civic Action Policy Fellow; she is a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified in Nonprofit Leadership & Management by the University of Notre Dame. Cecilia has conducted research and training for the Lowell City of Learning and research for the regional & community outreach of the Boston Federal Reserve Bank. She is a certified consultant for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and holds an MBA, MPA and PhD in Global Studies with a focus on Human Security. The common theme in her body of work is the study of people’s needs and organizational vulnerabilities. At Cornerstone Global she works with organizations, offering them training, coaching and bespoke consultancy to co-create goal achievement.
